I was told and promised that $99 will be waived by issuing me a credit. I was told that my conversation was recorded when I signed up. Guess what, 1 month later, I received the paper contract to be signed. It was nowhere on the contract. I called ADT and was told that they will review my recording. Guess what. They called me back and told me that I have to pay the $99 installation fee because there was no record of $99 installation fee would be waived in my conversation with ADT sales rep. How funny and interesting? I disputed and requested them to send the recording to me. ADT refused. Really????!!!!

Never do business with ADT again in my life.

I love the technology of their system. easy to use and reliable. The price? It's reasonable but not expensive, and I got my homeowner's insurance bill lower, and they also gave me extra stuffs. Feel safe? with ADT, I am safe, my house is safe, my whole family is safe, my property is safe.

I am a pet lover but my old system detects the motion of pet especially my regular sized dogs and because of that I??m having had hassle and annoying time. Not until my neighbor suggests to change my burglar system to ADT. With ADT now, their system do not detect the motion of my dogs. My second best is there fire detector.
