I purchased a new 2013 Cadillac ATS for my wife from the Moss Robertson Cadillac dealership. This was the first time, in my MANY years of purchasing new cars, that I haven't walked away with a knot in my stomach. John Duke, Marvin Mattson and Don Renner were friendly, up lifting and VERY real. They walked us through the entire process without being pushy and engaged us with genuine, personal conversation. I felt very relaxed and at no time did I ever get the feeling I was being swindled or mislead. Their information and knowledge of the vehicles and finance procedures were text book responses, they've definitely done their homework. Gainesville GA is quite a drive from Peachtree City GA but I'm glad I took the advice from a friend and visited Moss Robertson Cadillac. A very pleasant experience, indeed.

I discovered Moss Robertson entirely by accident, having used an internet quote-finder. It was a happy accident. Every interaction with every staff member was pleasant and without pressure. From receptionists and cashiers to salespeople, everyone impressed me with their honesty and professionalism. Never once did I feel that Pam Kenney (Internet Sales) would promise what she couldn't deliver just to get a sale. There was never even the slightest hint of "bait & switch". Never did I experience the typical sales tactics common at other dealerships. Don Renner (Finance) never pressured me in any way. He was helpful, generous with his time, and explained my finance options clearly. Steve Pierce (Sales) enthusiastically went over many of the features my new Mazda had to offer. Had my schedule permitted, he cheerfully would have spent more time. Before I drove off the lot, he had paired my smartphone with my CX-5, shown me how to use the nav system, and so much more. I felt the price I paid was very fair. There are other dealerships which offered the same vehicle for slightly less, but the people at Moss Robertson were so exceptionally adept at taking care of my needs that I'm glad I didn't choose "cheap" over "attentive".

I came away from the entire experience with a new outlook on automotive sales. This dealership is a gem, and when my Mazda can no longer serve me, I'll be making the very long drive back without hesitation.

Pam Kenney responded quickly to my inquiry on their website for a vehicle I was interested in. She promptly turned me over to Steve Pierce.

While being on a fixed budget for a monthly payment, Steve Pierce and Don Renner worked diligently with me to meet that monthly payment budget. The experience took four days and they stayed in communication with me during that time. It was apparent they wanted me to have this vehicle. Comments like "We want to sale you that vehicle." and "We would rather get you in the vehicle than sale it to a wholesaler." supported the by them being focused on my budget and not the bottom line. To anchor that point, I was given premium dollar amount for my trade in. Having a credit issue caused by my ex-wife, Don worked with banks to get me a loan percentage which was incredible. At no time did Don, Steve or Pam make promises they did not intend to keep. I was advised of things as they occurred.

These gentlemen have given me a reason to believe that not all dealerships are the same. Mr. Moss Robertson should be glowing with pride that he has personnel working from him such as Don Renner, Steve Pierce, and Pam Kenney. Should the time come again if I am in need of a Mazda, Moss Robertson Cadillac Mazda will be at the top of my list. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

I can't begin to praise this dealership enough. I have been a Cadillac customer for over 25 years, owning 6. They are the utmost in professionalism, friendliness, and customer service.

Connie in service is fantastic! Her knowledge of cars provided me with complete satisfaction that my car would be serviced the best way possible, and she was very thorough in explaining any issues and answering all of my questions. Joe made me feel that Moss really cared that my service needs would be met 100%.

Steve will be my new "lifetime" Cadillac salesman. I feel he was 100% honest with all of my dealings, and he went over and above, taking the time to share many insights into features of the car.

Pam "sealed the deal" that I will go to Moss with any of my car needs and dealings. She was kind enough to let me take the car home overnight, instead of a quick 15 minute test drive. She made me feel like I truly am a member of the Moss family, and that customer satisfaction is their Number One Goal.

Moss Robertson represents what I have come to expect with Cadillac Excellence. They set themselves apart from their competitors in every aspect. They are a company of the highest integrity, enabling complete trust in everything they say.

My wife and I purchased a new 2012 Mazda 3 from this dealership. While our first reason for choosing this dealership was because it is the only Mazda dealer near us, I would recommend them to anyone after our experiences there. Everyone was friendly, honest, and took the time to make sure all our needs were being met. We researched what we could expect to pay for our new Mazda on Kelly Blue Book before going, and found the price they were willing to sell to us was very reasonable. Calvin and the others made our transaction painless and even an enjoyable experience.

I have never had such a pleasant experience taking my car for service as I did this past weekend. All of the staff were extremely helpful and polite. Even though I had some unexpected expenses, I was kept updated through every step of the process. I especially appreciated the way David explained to me the way everything worked that was being fixed and didn't treat me as an ignorant person just because I'm a woman. I will definitely be using them in the future for service.
