Not a big fan of raw fish, so sushi aficionados might as well just move on to the next review - but the wife loves her sashimi, so we gave it a once over. Best thing about the sushi here for a non-sushi type like me is that so much of it is Texan Style Sushi - cooked, with plenty of hot sauce & other southern ingredients like crawfish & jalapeos. Teriyaki is a tad sweet for my taste. Beautiful giant fish tanks and creative use of light (illuminating wine bottles) - minimalist design - give the place a modern feel. Switched sides of the table with the wife - the bench/booth seating sits a little far from the table for the little lady.
