It's just like the chip commercial says,"you can't have just one." When you come to Toned Bodies BC you will feel the exact same way. Before I started Erika's boot camp, I had every excuse in the book, my kids need me, my husband needs me, my clients need me, I stopped thinking about what I needed. But once I started, I found EXACTLY what I needed, ME TIME, in a healthy, productive enviroment. And that is exactly what Toned Bodies Boot Camp provides. As women we are inclined to give to everyone but ourselves. I love that Erika encourage all of the women in the class to build bonds to help with the days you are out of bootcamp. And that she is always open to receiving an email with questions about your fitness goals. I know a lot of boot camps that shut the doors and you don't get your questions answered until the next class. She is very creative in creating tough, challenging workouts, with varied levels of difficulty so that beginners to advanced women alike get a great work out. If you have been thinking about it, come try us out for a month, I guarantee, "you can't have just one month!"

Erika has created a women only environment that makes you feel safe, and comfortable. She is always motivating and encouraging.
You can tell she puts alot of thought and time into each workout so that we are sure to work on all areas of our bodies. She lets you go at your own pace though, and never makes you rush through anything. Which for me, is perfect... because some exercises are a little challenging for me due to my mastectomy (yes, I'm a breast cancer Survivor!!), leaving my chest muscles pretty weak. But thanks to the encouragment from Erika and the ladies, I always finish my reps.... I might be slow, but I finish!
She even comes up with games, and contests... that motivate us to push ourselves even harder.

And if the great workout wasn't enough... Erika takes the time to educate us with some nutritional information... to help us make smart food choices.

The women in Bootcamp are pretty great too! I was nervous on my 1st day, but as soon as I walked in and started meeting these amazing ladies... I felt at ease.

If you told me a year ago that I'd actually look forward to working out... I'd have called you crazy! But...I am a changed woman!! I might only be a new Bootcamper (3 months so far), but Toned Bodies Boot Camp is changing my life!! I am loving my Bootcamp experience... and can already feel my strength and energy coming back.

I can't say enough good things about TONED BODIES BOOT CAMP. Give it a try... you won't be sorry! =)

I can't say enough great things about Toned Bodies Boot Camp! This boot camp is for women only and will help you achieve your fitness and health goals whether it be losing weight, getting stronger or living a more active healthy lifestyle. I have been coming for a few years now and Erika has been motivating, knowledgable and creative in the way she runs her boot camp. She continually changes things up and keeps you and your body guessing producing results by avoiding the same old thing each week. Each month she has a health/fitness topic so that not only do you get a good workout but you also gain knowledge on how and why to eat healthy, workout and make better choices. She often mixes in games that are fun but also give you a great workout. This boot camp is for women only, which focuses on issues that women find most important in regards to fitness and health. The women who attend are all different ages and at different fitness levels but are all wonderful and friendly. Erika provides instruction on how to modify each exercise so that everyone can get a great workout at whatever level they are at. If you are looking for a great place to work out, motivation and inspiration, you will find it at Toned Bodies BC, not only because of Erika (although she is the best!) but also from each of the ladies that are part of this camp. Come and check it out, you won't regret it!

Message from Toned Bodies Boot Camp

As both the owner of Toned Bodies and as a personal trainer myself, I really love my job. I get to encourage and motivate women of all sizes, ages and walks of life to be the best they can be - not only physically but mentally and emotionally as well. I was inspired to become a personal trainer several years ago after having an amazing experience with a trainer who I hired to help me work through my own weight issues. This trainer completely changed my life and I knew then that I wanted to make an impact on the lives of others, just as she had on mine. To me, being a personal trainer is much more than helping clients through various workouts - it's about inspiring others to fall in love with their bodies, attain and appreciate their wellness and understand exactly how to create and live a healthy lifestyle. For me, it's about encouraging progress over perfection. It's motivating other women to push themselves to new levels of awe and amazement. It's teaching women that they don't have to be a size 2 to be beautiful.



In my Boot Camp, I focus on functional/integrated training and I enjoy teaching women that working out and staying fit can be fun, uplifting and rewarding!
