had someone come from in-home estimate which said i would need one 26 ft truck with packing/loading on one day, and delivery the following day...problems were as follows:

1) they sent a smaller truck so not everything fit, requiring a SECOND truck to be dispatched which took another 2 hours and delayed our departure; why take the time to get an in-home estimate and then send a truck smaller than what is recommended? What did you expect to happen? If this was unavoidable due to availability of trucks, you should have let me know ahead of time to let me decided if still wanted to work you?
2) the second truck ideally would have come the next day with the rest of out stuff BUT it came 1 week later!
3) the packing of our stuff was absolutely horrible! liquid containers were actually packed with photos, with one box completely leaking and ruining some of out HONEYMOON pics! it seems as if they simply threw stuff into boxes without a single thought of organization...im not expecting them to pack as WE would have, BUT after some direction to them and some basic common sense, there is no reason to pack clothes with toys, or separate components of a book shelf in different boxes, or pillows with laundry detergent!
4) there was no MAJOR damage to anything in particular but ALOT of minor damage to things - all related to poor packing
5) furthermore, as a second different crew brought out second truck 1 week later, they said they would not assemble some bedroom furniture b/c they "were told only to deliver!" ...at this point i had enough and didn't bother to push them to do it b/c they clearly had not idea what to do and i know i could have done better myself...part of the deal is that disassembly and reassemble is done...unbelievable
6) and finally, when the guy asked for payment in the end of the first move, his math was WAY off! charged for a 3 man crew instead of 2, overcharged on packing materials, and didn't realize i had a "not to exceed max" of which he exceeded by over $500....i had to do the math for him...

i chose you guys b/c of excellent reviews and an A+ on the BBB website...i don't know if the crew i received was simply inept or what, but i will NEVER use 2 men and a truck again...i did save money versus other options, but the headache of all this would have been well worth the extra cost
