This company is terrible. Here is my story: After listing out an inventory of what I planned to move I got and estimate of 3773 lbs and I price that was about $500 less than the other quotes I received, so I chose United Transport and paid them a reservation fee. At pick up they say I have more stuff than they anticipated and give me a new estimate of 5000 lbs, saying they will weigh my stuff at the warehouse later and get an exact weight and price. This is all okay with me so far and I make the payment collected at pick up. They promise to have my stuff delivered in 7 days (by law they have to deliver in 30), and at this point everything was going smoothly. Before pick up ever happened I asked for delivery not to occur during a vacation I had planned a little over a week after pick up. Someone at UTI wrote my request down wrong and said that my first available day for delivery was the day I went on vacation. So I missed that van and was told I would be on the next one. Well the next van was full so I ended up waiting for the third van. Finally 29 days and endless phone calls later I get my stuff delivered. I actually had to remind them that they would be breaking the contract if they didn't get my stuff delivered soon. On delivery I paid what was left of my balance and it turned out my stuff weighed exactly 4000 lbs (fishy). The day after delivery I noticed I was missing a few items, the main thing was my 24" computer monitor. I filed a claim and was told that my monitor was probably on the van still, delivered to another customer, or in the warehouse in Texas. If they can't find my monitor, they are only liable to pay me $0.60/lb of items lost. When they delivered my stuff a mover unloaded a bike that wasn't mine and wheeled it into my garage (I told them it wasn't mine), so my guess it that my monitor was delivered to another customer who kept it. I talked to Cliff today and he said he would email the other customers who had stuff on the same van but I doubt he will even bother. After the move went bad I looked back over my receipts and discovered that my final invoice misquoted the payments I made at reservation and pick up, so I got overcharged by $69 based on some funny accounting. Right now I'm going through the claims process and trying to get my refund.

Cliff, I will take down this review and all others if you can find my monitor (or replace it, not the $0.60/lbs) and get my refund taken care of.
