My buyer was already hooked up with a loan officer from her credit union. I wasn't getting information needed and when it came time to provide an approval letter to accompany our offer, she suddenly said it wasn't going to happen (after saying she was approved). Michelle was invited in at this point and issued loan approval the same day! Michelle has a command of the field that is second to none. She is confident, friendly, very knowledgeable, very efficient with her time. She gets things done and when she says something is so, I can count on it. My client was relieved to see such a dramatic difference between MIchelle's expertise and her other loan officer's lack of professionalism. It made me look great as well because I had Michelle in my back pocket. She made all the difference. Everything went smoothly including making it on an aggressive closing period given from the lender on the short sale. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up all the way around!

She thinks out of the box and comes up with options and possibilities to fit the client. She goes above and beyond....I really mean this. The night we were making our online offer, about 9pm, she came into the office to provide us with all the numbers we needed to make the transaction a complete success. I can't thank her enough. She already had my trust and now has earned the trust of my client now and for the future.
