Terrible customer service. My wife and I traveled almost 4 hours to visit Holt after speaking to a sales associate and making a deal. Once we arrived it was a complete circus. This bunch is dishonest and surprisingly rude for a sales team. We have called and left messages as well as sent emails to the Mr. Andrus and Mr. Wood and have had neither returned, these people do not care about customers they just want the sale.

The unwillingness and just, lack of desire to serve the customer is disheartening and unacceptable. Yet, if you would like to hear lies, Welcome to Holt CJD, Arlington, TX!

I was sold a vehicle and was told that within 2 days, if not satisfied just bring it back. And, of course, when we attempted to bring it back because we were not satisfied, the Pre-Owned Car manager, assistant manager, and the salesman were less than welcoming and down right rude. Have they attempted to resolve our issue? Haven't heard from them!

I had the pleasure of working with Miss Synia wright aka Miss Approval. My daughter referred me and between her and the dealership Holt CJD i have had one of the best car buying experiences in my day. Synia takes care of you from start to finish to even AFTER the sale. The service dept is very fast and efficient in responding to any request or answering any questions. Hands down she is the best rep to work with. Ill send all my friends and family to Holt CJD and leave satisfied working with Synia.

I bought a Jeep on March 15th and the customer service since my purchase has been horrible. I was told by my sales person Omer and his manager that I would get new tires and a replacement of the back seat since the Jeep didn't have one. I was told that Saturday that I would get a call on Monday or Tuesday to set up a service appointment. Not only have I not gotten a call I've been calling everyday trying just to speak to someone. The only person that has even answered his calls has been Omer. He did walk back to Jasmine's office (I believe that's her name) on Wednesday the March 26th so I could speak to her through his cell phone. She told me that she was ordering the back seat that day and once she got a tracking number on the part she would give me a call to set up the appointment. I have yet to get a call back, and in fact Omer told me the part wasn't ordered because the backseat was "too expensive". So she had to find one that is cheaper.... As soon as I got off the phone I found 3 other websites that sell the back seat at a reasonable price. With all that said the most aggravating part from all this is the feeling of getting blown off.

My experience with Holt Chrysler Jeep Dodge was excellent, until I signed on the dotted line. I bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee on January 8,2014 and after I had purchased it, they could only find one key FOB for it. Had me purchase one and have programmed in Midland, telling me refund for it would be in mail tomorrow. After not receiving refund after two weeks, emailed them, was told checks in the mail, should get it next week. Now Feb 28th, still no check. Staff are not returning my phone calls, not responding to my emails and to-date not sending me my refund.
Customer Service rep did call on Feb 9th, after I left msg with General Manager. Said he would find out what was going on and call me back within an hour. Haven't heard from him as of this review. I'll not buy from them again.

I bought a charger rt that has been in service over 6 times in a year at one time it was in there at months at a time because they couldnt figure out whats wrong with it, this time recently i took it in they said nothings wrong as it reveved up without pushing on the gas. i took it to autozone they told me exactly what it was i changed it myself and it fixed the problem after four months of taking it in to Holt.
