The worst salon ever. Save your time and money. They will use extra products without consulting with you first then when your finally ready to leave they bang you over the head with extra charges. Oh and the owner will refuse to talk to

Apparently my experience is not unique. THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST PLACES I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!! Similarly to Alyssa P. on Yelp , I purchased a Groupon for a massage, a facial, a deep conditioning treatment and a blow out due to expire on June 1st. Back in April I made an appointment for May 18th for all the services (which per the Groupon rules had to be redeemed together). In the evening of the 17th (today) I received a call from a person called Michelle, saying that their facial technician had gotten into an accident so they needed to reschedule the facial. I called them back and told her it was not a problem as long as they would be able to honor the facial after June 1st despite the expiration date since I will be going away to California until June 3rd. She told me that it had to be used by June 1st and I again said that I made this appointment a long time ago and it's not my fault that their technician was in an accident and they have no back up. She then said that she could give me a voucher to use the facial at a later time if she could mark the Groupon as redeemed today. I asked why she would redeem it today if I am still coming tomorrow for the rest of the services. She proceeded to confirm with me that I was coming only for a deep conditioning treatment and a blow out. I said no, the Groupon is also for a massage...and that's when she told me they fired their masseuse a while ago and decided not to hire a new one. I asked her what kind of place is this that sells a service they don't actually offer or don't have the decency and normal business practice of calling the people scheduled for a massage ahead of time to let them know that there is no longer a masseuse? I told her I would get my money back from Groupon and negatively review them online, which she apparently does not think is a big deal (obviously she is not the business owner). I guess reviews only matter to those people who expect good quality services and friendly, professional customer service from the Spa staff. Those who will accept undesirable services and substandard, disdainful, careless treatment might still give them a chance. Good luck to them. I sure won't ever try.
