Well I was a little hesitant after reading the yelp reviews on ADT, but when a friend recommended a particular agent I thought I would give him a try. We had already had one pushy annoying salesman from another company that we had trouble even getting him to leave us alone.
My friend Ali had a burglar in her place last week. I never realized that she would be a victim of such crime. But thank God, she was not harmed and thanks to ADT for sending the alarm very quick. So we decided to purchase ADT's wireless package is really cool. I cant ask for more from this company. By just providing services from installation, to repairs, to customer service,,, they are number 1.
I have had ADT for many years and always get a fast response when the smoke detector goes off or if I change batteries in the sensors. We have pets and feel comfortable knowing that if a fire started, there would be an instant response. I always feel safe at home especially during night tim. ADT keeps me safe always.
ADT refused to pay for the service charge to come out and look at the keypad they modified exactly five months ago. Until ADT "upgraded" the keypad I never had a problem with failed communications tests. Their response to me was that I should have initiated a service call sooner. Please remember that ADT was already aware of the problem as they called to report the problem to me every month.

They are not good. very expensive and the customer service is really bad. I have to cancel mine. I called once and all they have to say is we will check into it. Try other alarm systems but not this one. They are only after your money.
I called the ADT regional customer service center shortly before Christmas to have the security system repaired in my home as I kept geting fault codes the wouldn't reset. I was given a refrence number and told that a local technician would come to my home the following morning....that was almost three weeks ago! I am not impressed with the level of service....
The sales man offered me wide selections for a package price. I just love their motion detector/sensor; my dog can move around without hassle. When the technicians came to install the equipments theyre kind and approachable. What I like most was that they provided me with extra remote. Hassle free, so switch to ADT now.
