After the experience I would recommend that you run as fast and as far you can from ADT.They are selling a "half baked system" far from being redy for marketing !They try to blame it on everybody and everything,including my internet, which is fine. I went shopping with hubby around and we have chosen ADT. Why? first they have a complete package, and then the technicians are all certified. Who's not, they have many monitoring station all over US. What else should we say...sleep well.
People who wants to purchase a system from ADT should first call up Corporate at 877-536-0433 and see what the best current deal is directly with them as opposed to just a random licensed distributor. You might even get a better deal with going directly with ADT. Try it..
