The system is easily self-installed, so no holes in walls, no invasion into your home by others during install, no mess, etc. Also, the system is easily portable if you move. And even though it's an all-in-one solution, you can hide it out of the way and use remote keypads with it, which gives the system I have a very professional polish (the control panel I just hide out of the way).

I looked for an ADT alarm system here on citysearch. I called and the system was installed the next day. The service was so fast, and Lacy worked with me to make me happy. Highly recommend!!!! All in all, I think that having an ADT box on the outside of my home is a sure way to tell all the opportunist intruders that I'm not messing around when it comes to home security. Granted, it is 25/month, but for that I get piece of mind knowing that if my alarm goes off for any reason, I get police/fire brigade response and I know that someone is on their way in an emergency. I found that going to an ADT authorised dealer was cheaper than going direct to ADT. Once installed, you are 'handed over' to ADT for the term of your contract.

I was referred to an ADT salesman, who arrived and assessing the situation, came up with an affordable plan for me. I signed an agreement for the plan, and the next day a technician arrived and installed the alarm. He then made sure I understood how to arm and disarm the system. I was also given easy to follow step-by-step instructions and a video. They do want to make sure you understand the system. They want to avoid 'false' alarms.

ADT is just like any other home security service. I signed up with this company a year back. Initially the system was not very good. We used to have many issues. And hence apart from the monthly bill, there was an additional payment for all these problems.

I was just starting to review different companies and I would call back if I was interested in purchasing their system. The gentlemen told me that I really needed to sign up that day and charge a refundable down payment of $100. I told him I wasn't comfortable making a decision that fast. He badgered me and badgered me to "sign up today!!" or I would miss out. I ended the conversation. Then for the next FIVE DAYS, including a weekend and Mother's Day, they called and left a message. Five days in a row. Very disappointed in their tactics because they sounded like they had a great system. However, if I don't return a phone call after two messages, why would I after five of them. Terrible!!!

You can anywhere you want for a vacation worrying no more with ADT. It has smoke detector in case of fire and reliable burglar alarm system.
