I'd give them a "O" if it were available!

Our Samsung refrigerator went out on a Sunday so we called Appliance Home Service they came out the next Morning. Our service man Jose was prompt, courteous and personable. He figured out what the problem was and he said he would order the parts that were coming from Dallas either Tuesday or Wednesday. Wednesday he came back with the parts and found that the refrigerator was a lost cause. It was only 1yr 10 mos old. It was leaking freon the compressor was out and the seal system was unrepairable.
We found the paperwork from Lowes and realized we had purchased the extended warranty. So we called them and they scheduled Jet Cool Appliances for Friday evening. At 4pm I had not heard from Jet Cool so I called Lowe's to see when he would be here. They called him and he said 5:30. Sunil Shah called at 6 and said he'd be here in 25 minutes. He finally showed up at 7:10.
My husband and I explained what was wrong per Jose and he said "who does he work for Sears"? I tried to tell him that Jose said it was a lost cause and he said he would have to find out how much all the parts cost and it would take him until Monday before he could write up a estimate that Lowe's had to decide either to repair it or not! All he had done so far was open the door of the refrigerator... He didn't remove anything, check anything, he didn't even have any tools! He was very argumental and said "I'm in business of repairing" but he would have to take it to his location, fix it and that would take 1 1/2 weeks!!!
Needless to say that was all I could take, my husband patiently dealt with him til he left! I called Lowe's and told them what happened and told them not to send this man to my house again. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

I recently had a fridge go out on me that was still covered by warranty. the fridge company contacted JET COOL appliance to fix it. I work during the day so i asked that jet cool call me 30 min. before they show up so that i could be there to let the repair man in. I received the call over a week after i had scheduled the repair. i show up within 25 min. only to wait an extra 3 hrs. for the repairman to show up. The repair man was a very stern person who was quite emotionless, i almost felt nervous letting him into my home. After letting the repair man inside, he barely opened the freezer door tell me what he thought was wrong. He then told me that the fridge was a closed system and that they don't do closed system repairs. WTF?! they made me take 3 hrs off work so that they could tell me their repair company doesn't do repairs!!! the repairman told me he would make a report to frigidaire so they would know what part was needed for my repair... the second company that came out told me that no report was ever filed. If JET COOL had filed the repair i would have been without a fridge for only a week and a half. It finally got fixed after over 3 weeks, and although JET COOL never worked on my appliance, their complete lack of professionalism and inability to follow through on what they promise cost me almost a month of not having a refrigerator. Thanks JET COOL, your business is a complete joke!
