In the words of Brittany Spears "oops I did it again" on Monday I caught the underside of my MB C300 front bumper. This time it was when I reversed out of my drive, I heard a grating sound and knew straight away what had happened. Like the time in 2016 the bumper was pulled on the driver side. Took my car to Crown Collision Center at 4.00 pm to get an estimate. I met with Chuck Stickney he asked if I could wait as they would do it straight away. This time unfortunately the under tray was beyond repair. Chuck gave me an estimate and the cost of a new under tray. He ordered a replacement that afternoon which was fitted today (Thursday 3/29/18), the total cost was reasonable for a M-B vehicle.
Like in 2016 I have nothing but the highest praise for Chuck and the staff at the Collision center. True to Chuck's word the overall repair from removing the damaged under tray to installing the replacement was completed in one hour.
The center provides a great service and must be the #1 in the area. Chuck was very professional and was easy to deal with.

My Honda CR-Z was side swiped on the driver side and had 4,200k worth of damage. I took my car here because its a Honda shop and it had good reviews. I know now those reviews are fake. Ive had nothing but trouble with these people. They were suppose to fix it in 5 days. I would get a call every 3 days telling me itd be ready the next day. Which it never was. It took two weeks for my car to be fixed! And they still didnt fix it, a fog light which was clearly visible needed to be replaced and it wasnt. So I had to take my car back again and it took them another week to fix it and I had to call them. They never called me. Just terrible from top to bottom. When i brought the light to their attention they acted like i was making it, or my fault, and it acted like it was an inconvenience to fix after paying them over 4K. I dont know if its because they are racists or just incompetent or both, but I completely regret dealing with these people and paying them money. They never return calls, lie about service and dates, you have to stay on top of them to make sure they do there jobs. Buyer beware this is a chop shop who will steal your time and money and not to the job right.

Dear Eric S., Thank you for taking the time to post a review regarding your experience, however you make two very wrong and untruthful assertions. First, as to your statement that racism might be involved, that is absolutely false and also incredibly insulting. Our company exemplifies diversity in its employee base as well as clientele, and your comments are offensive. Second, your statement that our reviews are fake is again absolutely false and a malicious attack on our integrity. Notwithstanding, I have made a number of attempts to contact you to discuss your concerns, but have been unable to reach you. We understand that the process to repair a damaged vehicle often takes longer than one would hope for, but we handled expeditiously. You arrived with a field estimate provided by your insurance provider, and once we disassembled the damaged area to affect repairs, we discovered additional damage that required preapproval by your insurance company before we could proceed. It’s important to note that it was not possible for the insurance company field estimator to see the additional damage without the disassembly taking place and that this type of thing happens often when a vehicle has had extensive damage as yours did. Ultimately, the time it takes to process the request, and once approved, the fact that those additional parts have to be ordered and delivered, further extends the repair cycle, in your case after waiting for parts, by more than a week. Regarding the fog lamp, unfortunately the crack was missed by both us and the insurance company estimator we apologize for that. Once this was pointed out by you, we contacted the insurance company for approval and installed the new part while you waited. When my wife had a run in with a decorative bolder in our condo complex, Frank Resti and the folks at Crown Collision Center took great care fixing our 2015 Nissan Murano Platinum. The service was excellent and they were just a plesure to work with. They ordered one part that was on our original estimate, during the repairs Frank called us to tell us the part wasn't needed and he returned it and took it off our bill. Honestly, we would have never known the part was not required if he didn't tell us. Now thats integrity!!! Most definitely we will recommend Frank Resti and the folks at Crown Collision Center to all our friends.

Michelle Trippi was very efficient getting me through the process - she understood my discomforts with insurance and made sure I was in control of the situation. Long story short, she held onto my car while I was away on vacation - which was perfect. I got back, got my car, but there were still a few items I noticed after driving away... I came back a couple weeks earlier and they had me in and out under 40 min without a reservation or calling ahead!!! I was skeptical of the posted customer reviews they had in the shop - but they are all a great representation of the shop. Thank you Michelle Trippi!

Mike Stickney in particular has helped me on all three occasions, and I would recommend him to friends, families, and strangers alike. It is a fantastic business full of courteous and friendly employees always willing to help. Not only that, they go above and beyond. Mike in particular did me a huge favor and helped me out with a predicament between my insurance company and I. In conclusion, this is an excellent facility which I would recommend to anyone.
