I returned only to find out that the store had changed hands. I purchased some yarn and before I left, the sales person told me that I could get better needles than she had originally suggested and which I had already paid for. I accepted her recommendation and when I went to make the exchange of needles the "manager" told me she could not exchange them and could only give me a credit--this even though I had purchased the original needles less than 10 minutes before. She gave me a credit which I tried to use 2 months later only to find out that it had "expired." After much ado, I reminded the "manager" about her denying me an exchange of the needles and that I would not accept this new "policy." She called the "owner" who told her that she could extend my $25 credit for another month. I tried to get some yarn--just to use up the credit and leave--but the sales "help" was inattentive, did not want to check stock and told me they could order yarn but it had to amount to more than $25. I left never to return. I have been trying to find the original women that worked there, specifically Petra, to no avail.
