I was very nervous to get the IUD inserted today and the staff was able to calm my fears and made this as painless as possible, which I really appreciate!

All people I interacted with were friendly and accomodating. Wait time was not very long at any point (under 10 minutes).

I had a women's wellness appointment with Dr. Kelly today. My nurse was very kind and helpful and the staff was incredibly kind. They were very thorough and answered any questions I had. This was a my first wellness appointment and it was very comfortable.

Dr Kelly and her nurse Giselle were wonderful. This was the best well woman exam I have had. It was prompt and thorough. They made me feel heard and welcomed. I also appreciate Dr. Kelly making a plan to ensure I wasn't jumping to a medication that I did not need. Happy to be a new patient of this team!

Tomyka Wimberly(medical center) and Jessica (Tanglewood) are wonderful ultrasonographers. They are very empathetic and great to interact with. They made sure we are comfortable and kept us well informed on the process. Nurse Michelle and Doctor Kelly were great professionals who took good care of me and answered my questions and suggested methods for my well being and baby's well being.

Smooth check in, check up was quick and painless.

Bit of a delay in getting blood work, and confusion between std and thyroid panel (I needed a thyroid panel), other than that all the staff and Dr. Kelly are very kind and the office is great. I liked the heated stirrups and how clean everything was.

As a new patient, I had mediocre expectations however, CWCC completely overturned my outlook as soon as I walked into the office. Even though I was running late, CWCC staff was completely professional and most simply, understanding and very kind. I will most definitely be recommending this office and my new doctor to all who ask.
