The buying experience at Phil Long Ford was excellent. Our salesman Nameer knew the product line well and placed no pressure on us during the buying process. The Finance Manager worked to obtain us a better interest rate and was very cordial. Nameer worked with us well and as my husband Jon and I were interested in other brands of trucks allowed us to make the buying decision over a few weeks without any brand specific pressure. The selection of vehicles at the dealership is vast and Nameer did a great job finding the vehicle that met our very exact specifications. In all the buying experience was very good and having bought five new vehicles in two different states I would rate this sale as the best of all of my purchases. Great job to all.

I first intended to take a look at a 2011 Ford Focus that was online at a crazy price. Bill T contacted me immediately and we began chatting through email about going to see the vehicle. I am a Ford Family A plan member and decided it was a better move to purchase new through that then purchase a used vehicle. Andy was our salesperson and he was willing to let me test drive 1 Fusion to see how it performs on an elevation incline. The first car did great but Andy mentioned there was also an Ecoboost Fusion that had more upgrades. 1 test drive in that and I was in love. My first ever new car purchase. Phil Long was the first dealership ever to treat me with true financial respect. Ladies, get down to Phil Long Denver, you won't be disappointed.

The appointment was setup thru Ford Cares to replace crackling front speakers. When the vehicle was checked-in the service associate got an advisory popup on the vehicle, which stated it could not be driven until fixed. He determined if the part was in stock and got the advisory taken care of at the same time.

NEVER EVER go to Phil Long Ford if you need to buy a car! Worst experience EVER! \n\nTerms changed twice, they lied about what the bank required for the terms of the contract. We turned in our other car and 2 weeks later called us saying they in fact couldn't do what they promised and instead of $500 now needed $1000 down. Then made us feel bad they were ""losing money on the deal and the manager needed to sign off on it."" Problem with this is the new terms they made us sign on Nov 1st didn't change the price AT ALL! \n\nNo money was being lost they just were being emotionally manipulative. \n\n\nEven the bank Capital One confirmed they didn't require $1000 down so the whole story was a lie. The problem is we turned in our car after signing the paperwork so we were forced into a really bad deal we would have walked away from. They also apparently changed the contract dates because Capital One called me yesterday letting me know our 1st payment is due on the 21st!! So the deleted the STANDARD 45 day grace period to make our 1st payment after already giving them $1000 down.
