Chuck M's review is the most absurd thing I have ever heard in regard to OTL Fitness.

I have been coming to OTL Fitness since it opened in 2012. Not once have I ever heard Coach David make an immature statement about "passing gas", or anything for the matter. Although Coach David is young, he is wise beyond his years. He is very knowledgeable in his field and his main goal is to keep everyone safe. The classes are small so attention to detail is paid.

However, this gym ends up being only for those who are willing and ready to give it their all in the gym. Coach David, as well as the athletes (your classmates), expect nothing less. This is your 1 hour of "fight club". Come in with a great attitude, give it all you got, and you'll fit right in!

Also, if you want to get in touch with OTL Fitness/Coach David, their phone number is (512) 914-5080 (NOT the number in this listing), their email is info@otlfitness.com, their website is www.otlfitness.com, and they are located at 5540 B N. Lamar Blvd.

Don't take "Chuck M" or my word for it - come see for yourself what OTL has to offer... You won't be disappointed!

Wow! I've dropped in to many of their open gyms from time to time and I'm very impressed with the tenacity of the workouts. The coach is energetic and keeps everyone going up at a high level pace BUT the reason for a three stars rating is because the coach seems to communicate with his students with "high school jock talk" or ragging on other students. He's seems pretty young and has a lot going from him but needs to mature a bit when dealing with older folks who have full time jobs and don't have the patient to deal with a coach insinuating that "they must have been one who let out the gas". Its bit frustrating to come in after a long day's work to deal with juvenile talk when you're trying to focus on banging out a day's work of frustration out My wife stopped coming with me after our first time there only because she didn't feel comfortable around this kind of behavior so if you're looking for a gym where you can hang out with the boys with some good old-fashion ribbing as well as getting in a serious work out then this place is for you but if you're looking for a mature environment where you want a good ole sweaty workout for adults without the juvenile talk then this place isn't for you.

Note: This was posted on Yelp but due to strange circumstances involving multiple new reviews all occurring on one day everything was filtered by Yelps filtering system so I'm reposting it here to keep consumers informed.
