When I first brought the car in, I thought the person in the front was kind of rude. He kept doing what hes was doing not saying "I be with you in a moment". Finally he spoke. Maybe it was too early in the morning for him. Another lady came in and asked if I wanted something to drink. When I picked upo my car the gentleman was in a better mood. Apologize for not putting a recommendation on the receipt, told me verbally.

My salesperson was great. I went to South Bay Hyundai looking for a 2011-2012 Sonata, and he spent a long time with me trying to find ""just the right one"". Ultimately, I chose a base model Sonata GLS and am very pleased. Their energy and enthusiasm made the process fun (as fun as car buying can be) and I thank him for that.

I have to be extremely honest and tell you that I have not been to a dealership in 2 years, because the service was awful and the people were rude but I took a chance on South Bay Hyundai. They were so awesome and so helpful that they won me back over. I will come back in the future. They were terrific.

Had to get an oil change the other morning, was a bit sketched because i had so much to do that day. i thought i was going to spend hours waiting for my car. spoke to kelly robinson in the service department and she got me in and out . mean while i was able to hang around watch tv, eat some popcorn :). time went by in no time.
