These people are worst than most corporations in America today. They have a phone number to their parts store, but won't answer the phone. You can't check to see if a part is available before driving to pick it up. This is FREAKING Dallas ... who drives less than 30 miles to get to anything! The online parts people are also rude and state you have to call them. But what if I want to pick it up?????

If you like clerks that threaten bodily harm & tell you that you need not shop at Sears...this the store for you! I made 2 trips to exchange a part that this parts center had given me in error. It was over the limit on their return policy, although it was their mistake & they refused to do anything about the situation. I was indignate & made my opinion know, at which time the clerk (in front of his manager) became abusive and threatened to ""kick my A_ _"" This is absurd...no wonder Sears has been lagging in the marketplace. I will vote with my feet... go to any retailer except these fools at Sears.\n

The only reason that I am giving them one star is because it is required. I will never use them again. I had the worst experience with them. The techician that came out would not give me his name, card or his supervisors name. When I went out to his truck to write down his license plate and license number he finally gave me his card. He was extremely rude. This is the last place that I will ever go to if I need to service appliances! DO NOT USE!
