This service was terrible and incredibly infuriating. I will never again use a company without reading the reviews first. I called because their prices seemed reasonable ($15 service call fee and rates starting at $35 for a home lockout) and they were close by. I was also locked out of my house and didn't have time to research a good locksmith. When I called, the dispatcher said it would be 20 minutes. It took an hour for a technician to arrive. When he arrived, it took him 2 minutes to complete the job (the only good thing about this service) only to find that my final bill was $217.00! I begrudgingly paid it because it was late and I didn't think a 21 year old kid had much clout with negotiating a price. Here's where the frustrating part starts.... I tried to call and speak to a manager to speak about the charges at least 8 times. Each time I was told, "We'll leave a message and he'll call you." Of course, he never called. I have never worked with a company where I could not reach a supervisor or manager. Basically, they knew I was screwed for paying that amount in the first place and were playing me over the phone. Well done, Redmond Locksmith you got your money. I'd really like to work for you and make $217.00 for 2 minutes of work. Are you hiring?
