I find too often these days that repairmen are rude and late as well as expensive. Thank god for Redline Appliances. Peter is friendly, reliable, and always on time, having fixed my washer, fridge, and just recently my oven.

As the owner of a motel, I have plenty of appliances that can go wrong. I have used this company on more than a few occasions and I can say that their service has been impeccable every time. They really know how to treat their customers and that really counts for a lot!

I cannot praise Peter enough for what he did for me, calling to my home after hours to look at my freezer. He diagnosed the problem straight away and even had the part he needed to fix it with him in his truck. Definitely satisfied with the service received!

When any of my appliances need servicing, I call Redline Appliances. They are simply second to none in the local NYC area, using the most up to date technology, and never failing to locate and fix any problems. Have never had a problem with them in over 5 years of using them, and will continue to use and recommend them for all service calls and repair needs.

After a string of bad luck with rude repairmen and totally no-shows, I decided to give Redline Appliances a call. When I was told someone would come round right away to take a look at my boiler, to be honest I didnt believe them! But Peter turned up just a couple of hours later. He located the fault and ordered a part there and then, returning just a day later to finish the job.

When I am on the lookout for a good company I want a good level of customer service too. Many firms these days choose to do everything by computer or answer phone, but not Redline Appliances. These guys restore confidence in repairmen and treat you like a customer not just a number. Excellent!

5When my tumble dryer stopped working on one of the rainiest days I was less than happy. Thankfully Redline Appliances assured me someone could come and take a look the same morning. I had barely finished trying to rescue my washing from the dryer when the workman turned up. He fixed an electrical fault in less than half and hour and his bill for the work was very reasonable indeed. Would recommend to a friend.

5Well, I assume they are at least. They certainly did the job I wanted done. Based on quotes I received from others the price I paid was more than reasonable too. I do recommend them.

Well, they attempted to at least, but it broke again the following week. I knew it could be fixed though, so I gave Peter a call. Six months later and that freezer is still going strong!

When my electric oven failed to heat up I thought it was a goner. Peter managed to bring it back from the brink of death though and I am grateful for that!
5My washing machine sort ofexploded at 3am. Water damage absolutely everywhere (that is the last time I do washing at that time of night!). Of course, it was up to me to clean up the water, but I couldnt repair the machine myself. I gave Peter a call at 7am the next morning. He was there by 10am, parts in hand and ready to work. It was fixed by about 11am and I was assured that I would not be covered in water by that machine again!

I am at a loss to think what an emergency is in NYC when it comes to appliances. Gave a LOT of people a call when my freezer wasnt actually freezing food, none of them thought it was important enough to look at right away. Peter was the only guy willing to send somebody that same day to get it fixed.
