This is THE WORST office to have to take your child to. I have an 8 week old son who had jaundice so he had to have his foot pricked every day for blood work. Unfortunately it was the weekend so we had to go to that office instead of the Kaysville clinic where we normally go. (Great place by the way) The nurse there was so incompetent! She started out by saying, "this takes a long time". First red flag. She did indeed take 20 minutes to draw a small vial of blood from my poor baby's heel. She poked him repeatedly in the very back of the heel when you are supposed to do it on the side and sat there squeezing his foot making him uncomfortable. It was torture. Then this last week I found a white spot on my two year old son's penis. I took it in thinking it might be an infection. Dr. Chen looked at it and goes "oh my! I just don't even know what that is!" She prescribed an antibiotic and a cream for yeast. She said, "Well, you might have to go to primary children's for this case. Good thing he is circumcised or they might have to do it then!" He isn't circumcised. Wow, how do you make that mistake?? On the way out she said one last thing to my son, "I hope you don't lose your penis!" Nice. A follow up with my pediatrician, Dr. Sigg at the Kaysville Wee Care clinic two days later gave me a much better picture of what was going on. No infection, just normal sloughing of dead skin cells as the foreskin begins to detach. Totally natural and nothing needs to be done. DO NOT GO TO THE ANTELOPE DR CLINIC! I would go to the Instacare before I ever did this again!
