We ran credit cards and noticed the bank credited our account for $140.00 less than the Batch Out slip. We did have a $140.00 transaction on that date. When questioned, I was told it was "voided" but they couldn't tell me who voided it. Then I was told it "dropped off". Neither of these explanations make any sense to us. We had to call the patient to ask for her credit card number again and try to explain something that we couldn't understand. No one could explain how this can happen, only that it was rare. I do have to say that Kat was very pleasant and was only giving me information that she was being told....not that it helped.

I received help from Luis who was very nice and professional. I called because I was being charged for services which I was never provided. I wonder how long I have been paying that amount without noticing it. I wish that I had not had to call because that would mean that I was not being overcharged by your company.

Marc M. should get 100 stars!!! Time and time again I call for customer service only to be transferred then transferred again. Normally I speak to at least 3 people before I get any kind of correct response. The two times I have been lucky enough to get Marc M. on the first call he has immediately walked me through the problem and how to fix it. Marc M. needs to be training all your employees!!! Great at his job and customer service!!
