B.A. Warrior Training is a hybrid style cardio workout designed by 5x World Champion kickboxer Olando "The Warrior" Rivera.
His unique style of training combines aspects of kickboxing, boxing, self defense, flexibility and agility drills encompassed in a way to target specific body areas that help you lose weight and strengthen your core muscles.
