I was thrilled with the carpets. Never had such a wonderful carpet cleaner. The carpet and rug looked like new. The crew from Progress Clean was very obliging and arrived on time.

Carpet was cleaned as quoted. Only thing was that the carpet took much longer to dry than quoted. I will be recommending Progress Clean to family and friends. Money well spent.
