I was very eager to write this about Westhill Consulting as I am aware of how good their Customer Service modules are and such good customer service makes or breaks a business, in spite of of the product involved. They assure that anyone who wishes to learn and develop customer service skills to help in the workplace will benefit. They guarantee that what you may think you already know will definitely LEVEL UP.

Aside from all the things you will learn from Westhill here is another deal for you and me, I found the website easy to navigate and the course was made easy for everyone to understand, which could be viewed independently as your own time allowed.

They have managed to explain well what customer service is, who it involves, the importance of customer service, that good self-awareness is key to success and why you should answer every phone call as if its a first time caller. This was a useful step even though it may appear as a general knowledge at first but there is more that you thought you knew about customer service.

I also learned the importance of body language and active listening. I learned such thing like thoughtful and honesty gesture, the importance of eye contact and more importantly how to take advantage of it to build trust and respect between you and a customer. They also emphasized the value of giving undivided attention and the steps to Active Listening.

I think my favorite was learning the difference of open, closed and alternative choice questions. I will not discussed how I learnt it here because you have to experienced it yourself, I am sure you will enjoy as much as I did. Anyway now it doesnt matter if im faced with pit-bull or wild cat because whenever I interact with them I will definitely get the best results of everything because I have been thought of how to receive the information from the customer, how to deal with their problem and to focus on the problem to resolve any behavioral issue.

Customer service can be as significant as the product you are selling so its vital to know whether youre meeting your customers expectations. This will surely help boost your business.

Well, I do not know if I already said much but I actually would like to say more but anyway I have to end it here. I would love love to send my gratitude to Westhill for teaching me what I know now. It helped me so much on my business and I must say business is booming so well.

Overall, I found the Customer Service course of Westhill packed of helpful and practical hints and tips on how to interact better with my customers and team members as well.
