I brought my 2001 Subaru Forrester in for an oil change and inspection, which I had been told by other shops had a leaking head gasket. Bryan Cohen was extremely helpful and courteous in explaining what I did and did not have to do right away, and everything else that was found in the inspection. I've always felt pressured by other shops to have unnecessary repairs, but not here. I can definitely trust Bryan for auto service advice, and will be recommending him at Fisher Auto to friends and family.

Fisher Kia provided the best new car shopping experience I've ever had. Phil Robinson went to great lengths to find us a vehicle with the features we wanted, at a price that, from our research, was hard to beat. I had a great experience w/ Fisher Honda sales associate Mack Gralund & Marilyn the receptionist .\nI bought an '04 Accord from Frontier Honda in Longmont in '07 (and was totally ripped off by them so go to Fisher and ask for Mack).\nAnyhow, my battery died which causes the radio to lock. Frontier had given me a card with the WRONG code on it. I tried over and over but you only get so many tries before it locks you out and it did. \n I saw that the car's original owner had bought it at FISHER HONDA in Boulder. I called them and was greeted by Marilyn. When she asked where I wanted to be directed, I explained my predicament. At first she apologized , said service was closed for the day, and to try back Monday. When I told her I was driving for 4 hours by myself tomorrow, she said, ""Let me get you Mack. He's really good and maybe he can help you."" \nShe was right! After trying the WRONG serial number the Frontier people had left me with, he was able to tell me how to get the right serial number from the radio, and when I called him back he was able to find the right code for me and my radio now works.\nI called 3 times and each time both Marilyn and Mack were so helpful!! They treated me with kindness and humor, and did not make me feel like I was bothering them at all, even though they received nothing from helping me. \nI would highly recommend MACK GRALUND when shopping for a Honda or Kia at Fisher in Boulder. \n

I recommend buying a car from Fisher Honda Kia without a doubt!! I recently purchased a Honda Civic Hybrid from Fisher. I?ve never had a car shopping experience like I did with the Fisher Team. I was greeted with respect and honesty. I cannot say that of any other dealership I visited during my 2-month car search. I initially came into Fisher with eyes bigger than my bank account, wanting a new vehicle at a price range that would?ve had me paying large monthly payments over far too many years. Fisher was patient, informative, understanding, and humorous with me as I navigated the process of purchasing a new vehicle. They didn?t pressure me as other dealerships did and Doc, my salesperson, kindly found me a certified pre-owned car in my price range with incredible mileage, flawless interior, and most importantly, low monthly payments. Buying a car is a challenging experience, particularly in this economic climate, but Fisher made it a fun financial investment without the relentless, condescending, money-hungry tactics that young women like myself are often bombarded with when purchasing a new car. Fisher is one of the few businesses still serving the community with integrity.

When ever the driver for Fisher whos name is Bobby comes and delivers our parts if I am on the phone or with another customer he just waits patiently instead of just interrupting me. I obliged. I realized later that what he was doing was snooping through the papers in my car because I had a competitor's estimate in my bag in there. Pat's estimate came in 10 dollars below what the other estimate I had was. The only thing is that the previous estimate was a mistake and the estimater told me that he could actually do it for about $400 cheaper and gave me a written note indicating so. Pat insulted me and violated my privacy by going through the papers in my car. I don't trust them and wouldn't bring my car there.

Some people have kids, I have a car. My car was side-swiped and in bad shape. I had been to the dealership before for basic maintenance, but not the auto body shop. I worked with Linda and she was very helpful and informative. \r\nThey finished my baby in a few days, and the work they did was superb. The same car had been in an accident before and the paint started to peel in a year, so I was ecstatic to find that they guarantee the paint for the life of the car! This was the best auto body shop experience I have ever had. I would recommend them to anyone with a Chevy.

I leased a 2001 Accord and came back recently to buy a 2008 Chevy Suburban and I couldn't be happier. The salespeople have been knowledgeable & professional. I would highly recommend this dealership. The service department has been fantastic as well. I was pleased to find out that Fisher Honda & Kia is the preferred Body Shop by most insurance companies and the majority of their technicians exceed Honda & Kia's requirements. I am sold on Fisher Honda & Kia and I am sure you will be too. What a great group of people!

I took my car in to get some body work done and replace the radiator. These jack-offs didn't mount the radiator to the engine and punched a hole in my AC unit. It took them a month to give my car back and when they finally did it had no turn signals front back or dash. They said they couldn't figure out why. I took the car to my regular mechanic and he detected the bad fuse in about 5 seconds. They charged me WAY too much money and they did the worst job ever. I don't recommend ever using these guys. After this happened I heard word from others in our community that fisher has a really bad business.\r\n\r\nJH
