It started off with me calling different companies to have someone come out to give an estimate. Reading reviews and speaking with the companies themselves and looking at BBB ratings. Sugar Land Garage Door Repair had very good reviews and A+ ratings with BBB and their staff answering the phones were very professional. UNLIKE ALL of the other companies in the area I called. This is one of the main reasons I chose them. Alan was our technician and he was very professional and knowledgeable when asked questions. He did a great job in a very timely manner and I would highly recommend this company and Alan to anyone of my good friends. Great job and keep up the good work.

Simple, effective products, Support was never this user-friendly. Amazing skill-sets actually; the doorway was opened in minutes.

I called these guys last night very late when my garage door broke, they were able to come very quick and showed up the very next day early morning around 6:40am in the morning to fix my garage as I work in the city and i have to leave very early.

Service was good! at first i thought it was too pricey when the tech told me the price but after i made some phone calls i realized i was actually lucky as he had the lowest price... so thank you guys. great job!

He didn't ask me to replace the entire garage door or anything exorbitant, but took care of the problem so I could get by with a few more years of service with the existing garage door.
