.

AWFUL MONEY HUNGRY BUISNESS. A minimum of 6 different techs or nurses coming in and out of the waiting room, yet they still have you wait over 3.5 hours!!! Dog needs emergency surgery for bladder stones and we needed to write a $3,100 check because the funds were in a money market account without a debit card and nothing could be transferred until a business day (following day). They use Telecheck who denied the check because "you don't write checks often that get approved through our system" (was the answer Telecheck gave when we called to find out why it would be denied since we knew the money was in the account). We pleaded with them to take the check or let us pay the following day. We were even willing to show our account balance to prove the funds were available...NOTHING! "It's not our policy to do that, but I do have to check you out for the X-rays...that'll be $165." I left there hysterical crying with my dog that cannot urinate because he has three stones in his urethra. Thank God for another local 24 hour Vet....called them as soon as we got home and explained the situation and they said bring him over and they will take care of us by accepting the check or waiting until tomorrow. THAT IS HOW YOU TAKE CARE OF YOUR PATIENTS, Regional Veterinay Emergency!!!! I will tell every single pet owner I know to avoid your greedy business. Oh and who the hell makes people pay for an "exam" before they even had the actual exam!!!????!!! That should have been our first clue! What a waste of 4.5 hours of my day!!!! We only went here because it is minutes away and we will NEVER go there again and will NOT refer anyone to them.

Message from RegionalVet

Welcome to RegionalVet! Regional Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Center is an integrated animal health system comprised of three centers of excellence: Total Health & Preventive Center Illness & Emergency Center Specialty Service Center Home to South Jersey's top veterinary professionals, RegionalVet treats more than 10,000 cats and dogs every year. RegionalVet is where the highest standards in veterinary medicine meet warmth and compassion. Once known only as Black Horse Pike Animal Hospital, in a small clinic with less than ten employees, RegionalVet existed only in the minds of two very progressive doctors. Now the region's leading Medical directors, Dr. William Griffin and Dr. Christopher Lindquist are changing the face of Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Medicine by offering unparalleled client service, patient care standards of excellence, and an integrity based code of referral conduct. Our Mission Statement: As the human animal bond strengthens, pets are increasingly considered family members by our clients, the role of the Veterinary Health Care Team must evolve to provide exemplary care, education and service for our patients and their families. Since our patients cannot speak for themselves, we must speak for them. Regional Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Center, and our Health Care Team will set the standard for patient care, client education and client service. This can only be accomplished by educating our clients as to what the best care is for their best friends. To achieve these goals we must first set the standards by which we will function as a Health Care Team. The following five core values must be present in every individual that hopes to be a successful member of the RegionalVet Health Care Team. 1) Compassion 2) Commitment 3) Communication 4) Performance 5) Unity
