My friend has been waiting four months for her furniture.She has begged and pleaded with the lady in customer service.The lady laughs in a very sarcastic ,self centered and arrogant non customer friendly demonically possed manner.She looks at my friend and says,""When you paid in cash on day one,you agreed to let us give you you're furniture when ever we feel we can deliver it to you,read the bottom on the contract."" My friend then says she laughs.My friend leaves in tears.To this day ,the rest of her furniture has not been delivered .She and her children eat on a very cold floor.She cuddles her children when they cry with tears on their tiny children faces;""They ask,mommy when will we have a table and chairs like our friends do""?She sadly replies,""Some day ,some day sweatheart.""She then gos to her bed room to cry in private.Tears were in her eyes as she shared her story of this ,willful neglect.A violation of Calif Labor Code:2800.This is very bad customer service.Its silence of an enity ,based on time of discovery.California Government Codes:911.23 and 911.64.Please ask the Christian commuinity to join me in prayer.So this lady can get her furniture.( "" Please "").So one day she will be able to have the rest of her furniture.Also that she one day will have her table and chairs delivered.So she and her small children no longer have to eat food on a very cold floor in tears.God bless.Whats very sad,she paid in cash for the enitire delivery?But the rest of her furniture has not arrived?
