The receptionist was so rude to me. I was told it would only be a certain charge and was charged twice the amount. The Dr. was rude as well and promised me 2 months of medication. When I went to the pharmacy he only called in 2 weeks

The receptionist in the Raleigh office is unbelievably unfriendly. I have never once seen her smile, and she rarely even looks up when patients walk through the door. She was extremely rude to me on the phone and very unhelpful when I called for directions. However, Stacy is wonderful, and all of the nurses are very sweet. \r\n\r\nOffice hours for shots are very limited, which is not so convenient if you work all day.

Pros: office staff, hours

Cons: Stacy is great!

Very helpful, quick to handle new and existing customers, two locations make it easy to get around, but they don't like to transfer serum between locations.\r\n\r\nSeems very pricey, $20+/visit for a 5 minute visit for shots, in addition to charging for serum (most places charge for one or the other). Schedule for shots is wide open, but a little wierd.\r\n\r\nAlso, very mainstream/not very open to discussing alternative therapies. Takes a VERY long time for allergy shots to be effective, and at these rates that is very expensive.
