BUYER BEWARE
I was lied to by my salesman. He sold me an sectional that easily stains and I do mean very easy. He told me that it would be stain-resistant. Well not at all. If you have on pants, the ink from the pants stains the sectional. If you have on shorts, the back of your knee area stains the sectional. This sectional cost $2600. I just moved here from the suburbs of Chicago, so I thought that Stacy's would be like an higher end furniture store that takes care of its customers. To my amazement, Stacy's Furniture store isn't willing help at all. Matter of fact, Randy Stacy is refusing to even call me. My furniture was delivered on 03/03/15 and 1 month later I started complaining that I wasn't sold the fabric that is stain resistant. I even suggested that I would be willing to exchange the sectional and pay for furniture that is more expensive. I was told that I had a 3 day time span to bring the sectional back. How in 3 days would I know the sectional stains the way it does. Then on top of that, the sectional sits differently. Some seats are more comfortable then seats. I haven't had this furniture for more then 3 months and within 1 month started having problems. Stacy"s Furniture is a joke who will take your money. They care nothing about it's customers. Of course you have a great shopping experience until you have a problem. I will NEVER again step foot into a Stacy's Furniture store. Never. I spent $4500 there and wish I could get every cent back. NEVER AGAIN BUYER BEWARE
