I was referred to this company by lowes to fix a dryer i purchased a few months earlier. At first Dana was pleasant and helpful. I asked for a Friday appointment and she said she would have a guy in the area on Wed. and IF he was able to stop by he would call me to make sure i was at the house, ""If he doesnt call you on Wed., then he will be there Friday at 5:00p.m"" After not getting a phone call from anyone, i called back Friday morning to confirm my 5 oclock appointment and Dana tells me, ""he wont be there at 5 today, he stopped by on Wed. and no one was home so you have to reschedule for a different time"" Confused, i tried to ask why i would need to set up new time considering i was told that if i didn't get a call he would be there Friday at 5. At that point Dana said "" Your going to have to find a new company, we aren't helping you now"" and hung up on me. I have never been treated with such disrespect by a """"professional"""" company before in my life. When i called back to speak to a manager or supervisor Dana explained that she was the owner of the company. I would HIGHLY recommend NOT using this company for ANYTHING. For the owner of a company to treat paying customers with such disrespect and such a horrible tone of voice is unbelievable. I myself started a new company and would never even consider treating any client with such disrespect. I wish there was an option to give this company ZERO stars.
