Kathy is rude. My amp sat for a month and a half, never fixed.

Recommend looking elsewhere. This is too bad, as there are not enough stereo equipement stores in this area. However, Music Technology and it's principal Doug W. completely drop the ball when it comes to integrity, ethics and honesty, and that is something any prospective customer should heed. Surprising since Doug is an Ivy League educated lawyer. Very sad to see. Steer clear.

Brought in my Fender Deluxe that was buzzing, crackling and putting out some weird distortion. GC contact recommended Doug. He took care of everything and it even sounds better than when I first got it! The turn around was a couple of weeks - but worth the wait as this is my go to amp.
