.

Rented and reserved a room with 2 beds for 2 nights. \r\nReceived emailed confirmation. \r\nSigned the sign in sheet saying they are not responsible for personal belongings.\r\nPaid for the 2 nights.\r\nReturned the 2nd night to find the key cards did not work.\r\nClerk said she made an error and resold our room and was sold out of 2 bed rooms.\r\nI am 63 and sat outside from about 11pm until 1 am for her to locate our belongings.\r\nShe could not and promised to ship them prepaid.\r\nPromised to call me if she could not locatte them.\r\nI called exactly 1 week later and talked to same clerk. \r\nShe said she could not call us as someone had removed her note from the wall with our phone number.\r\nI then felt I could no longer believe any thing they said.\r\nOur phone number was already on our emailed confirmation and eign in sheet in their office.\r\nShe insisted we rewrite all information on the sign in sheet.\r\nI feel we may have been responsible for our items when we left them in the room.\r\nI AlSO FEEL THEY TOOK OVER THAT RESPONSIBILITY WHEN THEY ENTERED OUR PAID FOR ROOM AND REMOVED OUR BELONGINGS.\r\nI took new colthes on that trip, some worn one time only (the way down).\r\nI asked for only $150 for the taken items.\r\nI identified them fully.\r\nTheir Cooperate Headquarters in Greenville, Texas says they will do nothing.\r\nThey will not divulge the name of that units owner.\r\nI have been told it is the same as the other Motel 6's in the mid to southern valley.\r\nI had faithfully used them for fifty years.\r\nI no longer trust them or even like them.\r\nThis was simply not right.\r\nThere is no possibility these items neatly in one sack could have been confused with garbage.\r\nSomeone in their system got our stuff and kept it.\r\nThey are protected by distance and the overwhelming customer base they have.\r\nIf you go next door for a meal,\r\nand an employee enters and removes your stuff,\r\nthey will never do a thing.\r\nThat is their cooperate policy.\r\nI don't trust any Accor Hotel.\r\nSat outside in cold for ?
