I placed an order from upaknship for 'Coral' colored Poly Mailers. I received an invoice with 'Coral' Highlighted and below, handwritten was "Send Orchid". I contacted them to try to resolve the issue. I spoke with Bruce the owner who then said "We don't sell Coral." After I explained to Him that I can go onto their website right now and buy more 'Coral' He raised His voice again, "WE DO NOT SELL CORAL!". I then asked to be able to return the items, and have them pay return shipping for their mistake. Bruce then, raised His voice again saying, "We will not pay return shipping!" because I used a coupon on a sale item. I told Him that He shouldn't raise His voice to customers, He then said in a very raised and frustrated voice, "I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU!! WE'RE NOT PAYING FOR RETURN SHIPPING!". THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!
