I called on a Wednesday to get service for my coffeeshop freezer which had stopped working, and was told I could not be helped until Friday. 5pm Friday I called to see where they were at and was told they would not be here until Monday, but that I would be first on the list. 11am Monday I called to see where they were at and was told another job had taken priority, but they would be here later in the day. Finally arrived at 2:30, and they still had to come back next day to fix it with the right part. It took nearly a week to get my freezer fixed (everything in it had to be thrown away at that point), and during the whole time no one ever called me once to keep me informed as to the delays and reschedules--I had to keep tracking them down. I had to ask for a discount for my bad experience, it was not offered. They did end up give me 10% off when I asked them to make it right for the poor customer service, however I was also told they were busy enough, and did not really need my business (not the way he put it of course, but it was made clear).

Cons: No communication, rescheduled twice
