I had a wonderful experience with the salespeople. They were friendly, patient, sincere, understanding, and attentive. But most importantly, they listened to what I had to say and were not the least bit pushy. I wish all car salespeople were this wonderful to work with! I have also been using their service department for many years, and have always been impressed by how friendly, up-front, and honest the staff are.

For my first time buying a car my overall experience was great. I got the feeling that the salesman put my needs first rather than pushing me into a sale. The only drawback is that I was unclear on the Hyundai Assurance program and I wish that was explained clearer.

The service department went above and beyond to get me in and out quickly for a NO APPOINTMENT routine service. They did the job in 30 minutes and my car was even washed before they returned it to me.

Worst service I've dealt with. First, incompetent. Told us 3/30/09 that we needed new tire. Called 4/6/09 to get status on new tire, and they needed us to bring the car back because they didn't get the size!\r\n\r\nNext, they tell us that they don't have to work on the car because we didn't buy it there. Well, a brand new Hyundai gets worked on at a Hyundai dealership for warranty issues. Which dealership it was bought at is null.\r\n\r\nI really recommend the drive to Central Hyundai in Plainfiled. They are much more competent and have a much better customer service belief!
