The ILKB Richmond Hill location has great instructors that are very positive and motivating. I have seen amazing results since I signed up this past June. I've lost a total of 12 lbs. I highly recommend this place if you want to burn calories while you are having fun!

I LoveKickboxing Richmond Hill is not just a gym, it is a family. The members are friendly and I think that is in part due to the instructors. The instructors are warm, down to earth, nonjudgemental, funny as hell, and encourage an environment where we all motivate each other to accomplish our goals. Becoming a member was one of the best decisions I have made so far.

Not only have I noticed a change in my problem areas such as the arms and stomach, but I have seen the improvement in my stamina, strength, flexibility, and most importantly my attitude.

My favorite instructor is Miles. He has been there since the start of my journey at I Love Kickboxing Richmond Hill. He is always pushing you to challenge yourself, to dig deeper, to push past the pain and never give up. Even though I will never love Burpees as much as Miles does, I have learned to appreciate them.

I Love Kickboxing Richmond Hill has made this health journey exciting, which is probably what has been missing all these years. If you're looking for a place to have fun while you work out, this is the place to be. Work out parties, raffles, prizes, weight loss, muscles gains; sounds cliche but this is not your average gym...it's way better.

This place is amazing! I started back in September with a Groupon and went only once a week because I was doing other physical activities. I noticed how ILK helped me tone up. Fast forward to January and I joined for a year. It's been two months and I've already lost five pounds and built more muscle than I thought possible. My clothes fit so much better. The instructors are AMAZING especially Miles, simply because of the music he plays! They are all so funny and supportive. The facility is clean and other members are so nice. I always look forward to classes and I'm excited about getting even more fit. You won't be disappointed coming here!

Ilkb richmond hill is awesome place to workout. jonathan, miles,erika and all the instructors push u to your limits. im already seeing results after two months of hard work. the facility is well kept and very spacious. love love love this workout.

I have very little time during the day to work on myself. I have a demanding career that often holds me hostage, three children that require whatever is left of my time, friends, and family that need my attention. Every day I am everything to everyone which leaves me physically, and mentally exhausted. The only peace I get is in my bed; in any bed. I will literally sleep in any bed (as long as its comfortable and clean. Nice fluffy comforter). I am an A number one bed junkie, and I wear my title well.
Desiring a change of pace, a break in my day to day routine, I was looking for an activity that would challenge me physically. My overall goal has always been to get into better shape; becoming fit physically and mentally. Having the same workout routine can be boring and I am more likely to skip a few days if I dont enjoy my workout. I also hit a wall, you know when youre working out and eating right but you cant seem to lose that last 20 pounds no matter what you do. I needed something that would help me break through that wall, peak my interest, and keep me motivated. My first class at I love kickboxing Richmond Hill was invigorating. Upon entering the studio I was greeted by a kickboxing instructor called Zen Master. She was very welcoming, and made me feel comfortable in an environment that was not familiar to me. Zen Master introduced me to the other instructors Buddha, Mountain Climber, and Sensei. All of the instructors made me feel right at home. They were all very accommodating.
The workout itself was challenging. The instructors definitely made me break a sweat and I never sweat. I found myself doing things I didnt think I was capable of doing; challenging my body in new ways. I might have over done it trying to show off, but I had a great time. The instructors pushed me to do my best, something I cant do on my own. They kept me focused, and I felt committed to what I was doing. It was also fun. I was working out, using every muscle in my body, and loving it. When the session was over I was more hyped than I have ever been. I felt energized, and was overcome with a sense of accomplishment.
I recommend I love kickboxing Richmond Hill to anyone who wants to get in shape and have a great time doing it. It doesnt matter what fitness level you are the instructors will accommodate you. The environment is warm, and welcoming. What was once unfamiliar to me became very familiar, and by the end of the session the instructors felt like friends. I was very pleased with my experience, and I know that anyone willing to try I Love Kickboxing Richmond Hill will feel the same way too. #ICame2RockOuttoKnockOut
