I would HIGHLY recommend staying away from this dealership unless you really have good automotive knowledge. They are guaranteed to lie to you and definitely will not help any after the sale so be prepared. I would say to get everything in writing but they still won't honor it, it's astounding how easily and consistently they can lie to you or change the subject. Here's my experience, you be the judge.

I worked with Sean, he could barely answer any questions about the vehicle. He told me they replaced the transmission and put brand new tires on it. I was concerned with the sound it was making and he said that was the super charger and was normal. He told me some story about how he helped a lady when her A/C went out. I asked if I could take it to a Mini Cooper dealer to look at the sound and he said no. The check engine light was on and he said he would fix that before purchase. He told me he would give me a 2 year warranty since I was questioning the sound. I bought the car and he told me he could only give me a 1 year warranty then I ended up with a 6 month warranty. It is a powertrain only warranty and does not cover much. When this dealership replaced the transmission they didn't replace a fan, Sean told me he drove the car to Dallas Texas twice, this caused the power steering pump to overheat and go out. Since this wasn't caused by time but instead by a bad repair job the warranty would not cover it so that was $2000 I had to pay up front on a $9000 vehicle. The check engine light was still on, someone had cut the engine thermostat which the warranty would not cover. Also when I left the lot the guy helping me with the loan said "the tire pressure light came on but I don't know why." I later found it was a nail too deep to repair, Sean refused to help me with a new tire. All this stuff is their fault and they will not take responsibility in the least and keep saying I am having "misunderstandings." I think the term they are searching for is "lies." They also said they would give me the paperwork showing the transmission was in fact replaced but they never did and I still don't have it. They are without a doubt the LEAST trustworthy people I have dealt with my entire life. These are just the highlights of my experience, there was literally nothing positive when dealing with them.

The warranty company was very understanding and did help me with everything they could because this poor vehicle needs a TON of repairs. I was expecting due to age and mileage it would need repairs but not this many and not prior to purchase.

I posted this review once and got in contact with the owner, Jason. I took the review down and asked if they could help me with the cost of the repairs, not the entire cost just any help. The only thing he offered was to take the car back and give me the amount I paid as trade in value. So he wanted me to give him a car I have almost fully repaired and he would only give me the amount I paid originally for this broken vehicle. Oh, and it would be a trade in amount so they still keep the money, Jason really takes me for an idiot. After I caught Jason in the middle of a lie and insulted him he said "I'm not an internet warrior but you are more than welcome to come over here." I felt that was threatening and highly unprofessional. He later clarified he didn't have time to text back and forth as if talking in person or a phone call would be any faster, if anything texting is more convenient since you can respond when you do have time. Mostly likely he didn't want me to have record of what he was going to say. If you deal with Jason he will lie to you, he will stand up for his employees without considering the facts, you'll never get an apology from him, he won't take ownership for his or the dealerships actions, and he definitely won't help at all after purchase. Like I said, I would recommend staying away from these untrustworthy, malicious, uncaring and underhanded people!
