We provide residential services only and charge a diagnostic fee that is waived with repair. We are not manufacturing reps and do not provide telephone support. If your appliance is less than a year old we do not provide manufacturer warranty services. It is our goal to provide every customer with 5 star service beginning with knowledgeable staff who treat our customers with respect. We are Nastec and M S T certified. We fix it right the first time. The Appliance must be accessible in a clean and safe environment for service to be performed (eg no pest infestations, no hoarding, etc). Our service/diagnostic fee to Elk Grove, Galt, Herald, Sloughhouse, Rancho Murieta, and Wilton is $65. Other areas are nominally higher. We do waive the diagnostic/service fee with repair. As part of our commitment to you, you’ll find that our technicians and service people receive regular training both technical and interpersonal. We find that the best service people are both well trained and kind. Most of our technicians receive a three week intensive training course and most have obtained a National Appliance Service Technician certification (NASTeC) from the International Society of Certified Electronics Technicians (I S C E T). NASTeC is a national certification program for technicians who service major home appliances. The NASTeC exams measure the knowledge, ability and skills that technicians need daily to "do the job right." Our primary technician has also received a M S T certification. We guarantee what we do. On all non-warranty work, we guarantee parts for one year and labor for 90 days from the date of installation.
