PRELUDE\n\nOn May 2nd, I received a call from Ed Ismail who was wanting my business. I told him I wasn't in the market for what he was selling and bid him good day. He called me back on Wednesday (May 9th), and like a dope, I opted to give this dealership my business.\n\nACT I\n\nI got to the dealership about 7:30 PM on the 9th, and it was obvious that I was Ed Ismail's last deal of the day. And of course, that is when the rather POOR, aka complete crap, customer service began. Since Ed Ismail, the a$$, thought I was Asian (I'm African American with an Asian last name), he was EXTREMELY put off when I walked into his office with my biracial son. He was NO LONGER happy to see me, and he rushed about barely answering any of my questions about the vehicle I was interested in. Did I mention that HE was the one begging for MY business?!?!? Yes, I believe I did.\n\nACT II\n\nWhy, pray tell, did I have to call the dealership the NEXT DAY (that would be Thursday, May 10 approximately 13 hours after taken ownership) to inform them that said stellar-ly checked vehicle was now OVERHEATING and INOPERABLE?!?!? Ed Ismail, the a$$'s response????... ""How do you know???"" I guess I fell harder off that frickin' turnip truck, that morning, then I had realized AND misplaced my DUNCE cap! \n\nLet's break it down, shall we? The water gauge was on H (that's HOT for those of you also being deemed complete morons), the WARNING chime was going off incessantly, and wait for it... there was smoke coming out of the hood. Yeah, I'M the idiot!\n\nAt any rate, back to the dealership, still being treated like the ""lowest"" species on the planet, and things are being worked out to get me into a loaner. \n\nNOTE... New car: full tank/regular octane/good gas mileage. Loaner vehicle: 1/4 tank... PREMIUM octane... so-so gas mileage. Oh, but IT'S a Mercedes Benz! (I should feel SO privileged!)\n\nACT III\n\nSince Ed Ismail, the a$$, has not called to update me on the car, I called him on May 12 since this is the bring-the-loaner-car-back-to-us expiration date. How overjoyed I was when the lovely receptionist informed me that the service department wasn't opened on the weekend! He was nothing but helpful, and so were the rest of his colleagues. Right away he got my car into the shop, got it looked at, and reassured me that everything would be okay.After only an hour or so there, we had everything pretty much figured out. Our Sales person Simon Najafinia was AWESOME! He was super knowledgeable about all Mercedes models, very professional, and really nice. If you are planning on purchasing a used Mercedes it is in your best interest to purchase one that is CPO and is from an authorized dealer- My car looks brand new. Bottom line, we had a great experience here at the Foothill Ranch store and Simon was wonderful enjoy it so much we went back the very next day and purchased a car for my husband....seriously!... As a Mercedes owner, I had anxiety that the issue would eventually be found after my car was out of warranty, which ended up being the case.\n\nChris Erickson offered to test drive my car to see if he could personally re-create and identify the issue, which he was able to do. This occurred at the end of the business day, where he could have simply chosen to check out for the day. Instead he took the time to do one last thorough check himself and found the issue. Also, after confirming that other dealerships were not able to identify or correct this issue while my car was under warranty, Chris provided a good faith warranty to cover the repair that was 3 years over due, saving me $600.\n\nChris went over and beyond, exceeded my expectations, and renewed my faith in the level of quality and attention to detail Mercedes prides itself on. I wanted to post this review to encourage other Mercedes customers to take their car to Foothill Ranch for their service needs. You will not be disappointed! I purchased and serviced my mercedes there. I had an excellent salesperson who worked with me to get the mercedes for the price I wanted. I love the car, its beautiful. Then, I could not drive the car home, so they had a porter deliever it to my home. What amazing service, I was astonished. My husband needed to sign the paperwork and the salesperson came to my home to have the paperwork signed. I was blown away at how accommodating they were. Then, I needed some servicing and the service manager and service advisors were amazing. They gave me details of the work needed and then gave me an amazing loaner mercedes while they worked on mine. The loaner was from Enterprise on-site. I was treated like royalty. I was amazed at their service and courtesy. I will have both of my mercedes service there and next time I want to buy another mercedes, I will go to foothill. The salespeople and service advisors are down to earth and friendly. LOVE MY NEW CAR\n\nI would like to Thank ""SARV MATTS"". This dealership may be in the middle of nowhere, but it is well worth the trip. Instead of spending money on the exterior and image like Fletcher Jones. They make up for it with customer service.\n\nEveryone is down to earth and tries to find what you want. I told Sarv what kind of Car i wanted, and she took me out to the back lot to see what they had. It was my fault to wanted such a specific car with certain features. LOVE MY NEW CAR\n\nI would like to Thank ""SARV MATTS"". This dealership may be in the middle of nowhere, but it is well worth the trip. Instead of spending money on the exterior and image like Fletcher Jones. They make up for it with customer service.\n\nEveryone is down to earth and tries to find what you want. I told Sarv what kind of Car i wanted, and she took me out to the back lot to see what they had. It was my fault to wanted such a specific car with certain features. But SARV went out of her to way to find the car I wanted.\n\nAt the End I offer a very reasonable price for the car and she asked the manager 1 time and he gave her the OK.\n\nCheck out this dealership you will not regret it.\n\nTHANKS SARV!!!!

On Saturday my husband and I went out to lunch and decided to stop at this dealership on our way home. We weren't even really thinking about purchasing a car but we thought we would stop and look. Well, as it turns out we ended up purchasing a CPO ML350 and it was seriously the BEST experience I have ever had at a car dealership...and we have had numerous experiences. Our Sales person Simon Najafinia was AWESOME! He was super knowledgeable about all Mercedes models, very professional, and really nice. He wasn't pushy at all and he really tried to move the process along as fast as he could. Our Finance guy, Oz was very professional as well and really helped us get the best possible deal. We got the amount of $ we were expecting on our trade in, a really low interest rate, & gap & permashield for almost nothing. I've had my car for 2 days now and I love it. I had looked at this model before at Carmax and the quality was not the same at all. If you are planning on purchasing a used Mercedes it is in your best interest to purchase one that is CPO and is from an authorized dealer- My car looks brand new. Bottom line, we had a great experience here at the Foothill Ranch store and Simon was wonderful enjoy it so much we went back the very next day and purchased a car for my husband....seriously!... Oh yeah, and as an extra bonus they will wash your car for free every Saturday, forever.

The dealership itself is gorgeous, a true flagship, but Eddie made the experience beyond pleasant. Would highly recommend anyone to this dealership, and I would definitely point them in his direction. I am not saying anyone else there is not great, but that is who I dealt with.

One of the best experiences leasing a MB! It's not at all intimidated by anyone in the showroom. Everyone was very friendly. Sales was fast and come right down to the point. No in and out of the manager's office. Got a real good deal on a 2011 C300. Highly recommended MB!!
