Countrywide Home Loans

I have had a completely disastrous experience with Countrywide. Arthur Lee, a loan consultant in Glendale office solicited refinance business, in March 09, on two loans he had originally set up for me while he was at Washington Mutual. Mr. Lee indicated I would need to place deposit for each loan application, however, it would be fully refundable if the loans were not approved.
It took till July with various communications as to reasons for delays, to get notice that the loans were not approved. Mr.Lee, in July, indicated to me that the deposts had been approved for refund and I would be receiving them shortly.
It is now September 09 and after numerous inquiries I cannot get any answers as to where the refunds are, despite numerous e-mails from Mr. Lee indicating they are coming. I find Countrywide Home Loans to be a dishonest and shady operation.Mr. Lee was a wonderful individual to conduct business with at Washington Mutual. Obviously the porblem is Countrywide.

Nolan has been wonderful to work with. I direct my clients to him whenever I can. He is a very creative broker. I send complex as well as ordinary situations his way and he has always delivered.

Our realtor referred us to Nolan when we needed to purchase our second home prior to selling our first. Nolan was instrumental in creatively laying out our options and then moving the funding process rapidly as our situation dictated. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home or with unique real estate circumstances. If it can be done he will tell you how!
