Gelson's Markets

From the chocolate covered strawberries to the great salad bar to the fresh flowers this store has everything. Its much more costly than Ralphs or even Vons Pavilions but caries a much higher grade of certain products. The bakery is delicious and great selection of cheeses.

Gelson's is one of those fancy grocery stores, like Pavilions, where you can buy essentially the same items as at Ralph's or Vons but pay 40% more for them. Don't shop at Gelson's unless you have money to burn, but it is a great place to visit. Everything inside is clean and pretty. It has a fine bakery and deli section, as well. This location is part of the Paseo Colorado center in Pasadena.
