Why would have a rotating answering message that puts people on hold for 20 minutes. With so many locations, you may be able to afford a better call in service.
At the very least, helpful information (other than whether you are still in business) like store hours would be helpful.

Spotless and well organized. All the wood here is high quality. The show room is great. They sell doors, windows, lumber, building materials, tools, hardwood and probably more. Great service and presentation.
