American Eagle Outfitters

Not the biggest American Eagle I've been to, but among other things, this branch offers extremely high-quality customer service. Their return policy is lenient, employees are understanding and not pushy, and the general shopping experience is much better than it would otherwise be. Recommended.

Very friendly salespeople and nice salesrack, too. This is one of my favorite stores, and I've lately been inclined to shop online, but enjoytable experiences like this one make me inclined to come back to stores to do my shopping. They are forgiving and unintrusive about returns, too. AE stores and merchandise is wonderful!

The salesperson was genuine and personable. We bantered about my silly nickname, how cute the new line of underwear was, etcetera. I bought a pair of sweatpants and underwear, since it was on sale for $5. The styles offered in this store focuses more oncomfort than anything. Is everything here made of pastel cottons and denim?
