3 Stars: Horrible Customer Service...Rude (by n p.)

Okay since this is the nearest discount type store to my home, I do a lot of my shopping at this Target. Sure employees cut you off in aisles and occasionally bump into you but it's tolerable. After today, however, I believe I'll be heading elsewhere. On Dec 8, I bought a DVD for a Christmas gift. On the 11th, when I realized I had bought the regular instead of the special version, I decided to exchange it. When I tried to exchange the DVDs, I was told they have to open the new exchange because the other DVD had been opened. I assured them I didn't open it and that I didn't want the DVD opened because it is a gift. The manager I spoke with told me I had opened it and I couldn't prove to him otherwise and that I could only exchange for an opened item. So I guess they place opened DVDs back on the shelf and expect the customer to bite the buck. I don't mind their policy and will totally abide by it...IF I am actually the one who opened the item. Be very careful when you purchase from Target. Apparently this company treats all of its customers badly http://www.my3cents.com/search.cgi?criteria=Target

4 Stars: i love this target. (by sue e.)

this is a pretty new target store. it's in a nice center where you can go before or after to other stores. the only bad thing i can say is that they only validate parking for one hour. it's almost impossible to get in and out of there in an hour. i hate to pay for parking, so sometimes that prevents me from going there.

4 Stars: Great Target with lousy parking (by Steven P.)

What can I say about Target that has not been said. Perched at the top of a minimall complex on LaBrea avenue near Hollywood, this branch of the famous chain store has all the requisite Target extras: cheap prices, well stocked store, good lighting, courteous staff. There are always sale and closeout racks to be found which can include some real bargains. Their return policy is good, if you don't mind standing in the seemingly neverending line. The only thing that sets this Target apart from all the others is its hideous parking. Unlike the normal giant parking lots where Targets are found, this one has an underground lot which can be murder at nights and weekends. And, if you happen to browse and not decide to buy anything, they will actually charge you for parking. Welcome to Hollywood.
