A very big spot, but no free internet. You have to try the Mexican hot chocolate once, its flavored with Mexican chocolate like abuelita used to make. Location could be better, but its been operating their a long time. Owners change, but the flavor stays the same. Parking in the back is helpful since Hollywood has little real estate to offer. Great place to meet up with old friends. Food is not the greatest. Nice place to buy some time if waiting for friends. However, don't bring a date here 'cause you might get distracted.

Coffee is very strong and the pastries are good. They have a cool book store and I enjoyed sitting on my own and watching traffic go by. I recommend that you park in the back since parking around Hollywood is so difficult. The service is good and the tables are nicely separated to enjoy some privet time with friends.

Whenever I'm anywhere in Hollywood, I make sure to stop in at Espresso Mi Cultura. It's clever title clues you in to the unique atmosphere with a latin flavor, and reassures you that they will indeed take care of your caffeine needs with great espresso drinks. The decor changes occasionally, as they showcase different artists' work (mostly local, I think), but there is always and interesting and diverse conglomeration of people. The food, the drinks, the service, and the ambiance make it worth your time. I always feel a sense of community and positiive energy there.

O my, my mi Cultura. Live here long enough and you will hear about this fantastic coffeehouse located in the Hollywood Area. Starbucks addicts, I dare you to avoid conversion after just one Mexican Latte. It just won't happen.
Culture, indeed: theLatin culture is emphasized from the moment you step through the doors and hear the unmistakeable rhythms. A great variety of Latin music is played daily, and sometimes you can buy the music CDs. The art on the walls further emphasizes the theme; I feel like I am in one of the great cafes I frequented in Mexico City!
And then there is the coffee...WOW! Purists, rejoice in the simple straight espresso or a macchiatto. There is a great crema on top of your shot (the Green Chain just cannot compare). The specialy would have to be the latte and the blended mocha featuring Mexican chocolate. Both are worthy indulgances.
You can buy the regular coffee house snacks (muffins, biscotti, ets.) or opt for more complete meals such as sandwiches and sa

A very colorful bookshop with a huge spin towards the latino community (but you don't have be latino to enjoy the rich culture) a big selection of books mixed with a hip coffeehouse that will feature live performances from time to time make this the place to go!
