Rusnak Mercedes (Service)

I've been customers of Rusnak for quite some time now...my 3rd MB. Usually Ernie helps me out but he recently left. Service is still good but Ernie was very attentive and always went out of his way to accomadate all that was needed. Overall, I still would recommend.

I had only very pleasant experiences with them. The maintenance job was done quick and well. Jenes was kind and helpful; she's one of the best service people I've ever met. Danial (I think he's the service manager there) is very courteous and helpful, he gets the job done just right.

The only complain was that their loaner car wasn't on par with their great service - they gave me a Nissan (actually it's rented from Enterprise).
